Introduction — About the Agreement

kyat11 is a platform providing football betting, casino games, slots, and other games for players in Myanmar. This Terms & Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between the platform and players. Please read this document before continuing to use the service.

When you use kyat11, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions, privacy policy, bonus rules, and responsible gaming policies set out here. If you do not agree with any section, do not use the platform.

01 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on kyat11, the following requirements must be met—

You must be 21 years of age or older. Casino gaming in Myanmar is for adults only.
You must provide accurate personal information. Accounts registered with false information may be closed.
Each person may open only one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed and any funds in them may be forfeited.
Depositing using another person's bank account or payment method is not permitted.

Account Security Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account login details — including your password — secure. kyat11 is not responsible for any losses that occur because a third party accessed your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify customer support (24/7 Live Chat) immediately.

02 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Available deposit methods on kyat11 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

The minimum deposit amount by any method is 3,000 Ks.

Deposits are processed instantly and successful deposits will be reflected in your platform wallet right away. If you have any issues with a deposit, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before being processed. kyat11 reserves the right to verify and delay any withdrawal for any reason. To withdraw from a wallet that includes bonus funds, you must first complete the bonus wagering requirement.

If the payment details provided in a withdrawal request are incorrect, kyat11 is not responsible for any resulting loss.

Payment Verification

When necessary, kyat11 may request a copy of the account holder's NRC (National Registration Card) or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this verification is successfully completed.

03 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at kyat11, you can receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus and your wallet becomes 50,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from that 30,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 20x (30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks) first.

A minimum deposit of 3,000 Ks is required to claim this bonus. The maximum bonus amount is 100,000 Ks, so if you deposit 140,000 Ks, you will only receive a 100,000 Ks bonus and your wallet will be 240,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Wagering Requirement

When playing with a bonus, you must wager 20x the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Promotion Wagering Policy

You may not use a VPN or proxy to claim a bonus.
If bonus fraud is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.
Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.

04 VIP Level and Cashback Policy

The kyat11 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your tier increases as your play volume grows.

Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Cashback amounts will be credited to your account wallet regularly. If you wish to withdraw cashback, you must follow the service guidelines. VIP tiers are earned through gameplay and cannot be purchased.

05 Game Fairness and Restrictions

Fair Play

kyat11 uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG), so game results are fair and unbiased. Any attempt to influence games using software or tools that are not visible to you or other players is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Any activity related to money laundering is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without genuinely playing with them (Bonus Abuse).
Playing games using software bots or automated tools.
Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or glitches for gain — any funds obtained this way may be voided.

If any of these violations are found, your account will be immediately closed, your remaining balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

06 Account Closure and Suspension

kyat11 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

A breach of these terms and conditions is found
An account is found to have been registered with false personal information
Suspected of conducting illegal activities
Request to close your own account (Self-Exclusion)

10 Software Copyright & Legal Matters

All games, designs, code, and content on the kyat11 platform are the property of their respective rights holders and may not be copied, distributed, or modified. No software or tool designed to artificially increase bonuses may be created, deployed, or distributed without kyat11's permission.
